Unsatisfied customer

We went to CDR-King yesterday to buy CDs for my daughter’s project and i was so dismayed because the store only has two salesladies to accommodate all their customers. Because of that we waited for so long for our turn and what makes it really disappointing is that they do not have machine operated cash register so the saleslady has to do the issuance of receipt manually. Imaging how slow that process is. I wonder why a big company like them still practice that old fashioned way of selling. And I also wonder if they already haveĀ POS systems which a lot of business establishments are already using. Anyway whether they have it or not still i’m not satisfied with their service and i will only go back to their store if i no longer have a choice.
